Game 1
- Name - Jimmy v the Splurge
- Purpose - teach children to eat healthy by making the bad guys couch potato, cupcakes and overindulgence.
- Learner's POV - Game is hard because junk food is every where and it's unavoidable but we have the power to beat it down.
- Developer's POV - It's a really well developed game and it is slightly difficult creating a challenge for the player which keeps them intrigued and want to play more. Also the storyline makes sense and it is interesting.
- Design Analysis - The graphics were amazing and really interesting.
- Usability Analysis - Playing the game on a laptop was difficult just because it is not the same navigating the ship and using the special bombs. But other than that, it has a good usability.
- Suggestions - I don't know if this was done on purpose but getting to the first monster was difficult because it was extremely difficult to navigate through the french fries, etc. Maybe if it was possible to have less things being shot at us or if we could blast the bad guys' missiles so since sometimes we are forced to take a cookie or a french fry. One thing I do suggest is to have a guide in which it represents the good things and the bad things because at first I had no idea that the french fries were french fries and I just ate them. Also, if it possible to have more glasses of water and more prizes available. I only saw one life and one water whereas Aixsha said she didn't see those things at all.
- What you wish to learn how to do - I want to learn how to have things shot at the player like the missiles. I also want to learn to pause the game to continue the plot line so that it makes sense.

Game 4
- Name - Foam Works Squirt Game
- Purpose - To shoot the bad germs invading the foam factory.
- Learner's POV - Players would pick up that germs are bad
- Developer's POV - It was very well created because it had monsters popping in and out of the picture quick enough so that it was a challenge to shoot them. I also liked how in order to recharge the foam you had to shoot a cherry or an apple. Also the good thing is that before the game began, it had a list of the different bad germs and how much they are worth.
- Design Analysis - The design was pretty simple; there was a factory belt and some steam pipes and the germs would pop up any where and you had to shoot them with a foam gun. Gives the player a time limit to shoot the right amount of germs needed to move on to the next level.
- Usability Analysis - Really easy to shoot. All you had to do was point and shoot with the mouse (in my case the trackpad but even then it wasn't too bad).
- Suggestions - I enjoyed playing it but I feel as if I didn't quite learn much about the germs but then again this subject is harder since germs are not visible whereas foods are. Also even though I advanced to the a high level, I feel as if the game became easier since more germs popped up and it was easy enough to shoot blindly (which is what I do) and get the necessary points.
- What you wish to learn how to do - I want to learn how to make things pop up on the screen like the germs do. I also want to learn how to make different objects worth different amounts.

Fun to play these games and a totally new experience to play it to review it. There were so many things that if I would not have consciously thought about if I had not been doing this project.

Flash Skeletons
I made some flash files with some of the things we used in our game. If you like one of the aspects, download the file and incorporate it into your own game!!
HOPE THIS HELPS!!!!!!
Game Character
FIRST, is how to make your game character. This is something Leslie figured out (THANKS!!) What's cool about this character is that it changes its orientation depending on which way the player is moving the character.
Here is the FLA -->>Media:Game_character.fla
Walls
NEXT, there is how to make the game character stay within the boundaries of the game by creating walls around the frame.
Here is the FLA -->>Media:Wallfile.fla
Obstacles
THEN, there is making obstacles in the game levels so that the character cannot go through them.
Here is the FLA -->>Media:obstaclefile.fla
Platforms
AFTER THAT, there is making the game character stay on a platform. This took some playing around with Flash but we figured it out using something similar to making obstacles. In this file, there is also the code for "gravity"
Here is the FLA -->>Media:platformfile.fla
Moving Platforms
FINALLY, there is making the game character stay on a moving platform. This was THE HARDEST part of our game. We had to get "professional help" (Thank you Brian!)
